My cleaner of 8 years recently retired and I had to find a new one. I searched online and came across Simply Maid. Given the positive reviews online, I decided to give them a go.<br><br>I organised a deep initial clean for 3 pm on a Saturday. Three cleaners arrived right on time and eager to clean. Within an hour, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spotless.<br><br>I was very impressed and will be organising a more regular arrangement.
These guys are great. They are thorough and you have an opportunity for feedback after each service so they can redress any issues you may have - this is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned, because it means they only get better over time.<br><br>Easy to contact them by sms, phone, or email. Payments and services are automatic and easily cancelled via a web app.<br><br>Relatively expensive compared to others, but money well spend in my view!

Simply Maid has been cleaning Milsons Point homes since 2016 — over 310 cleans on record, most of them one- and two-bedroom apartments between the Bridge and Lavender Bay. This isn't a suburb we hope to work in. It's one we already know door by door.
Milsons Point living means compact spaces — units along Alfred Street, harbour-view towers near the wharf, older art deco blocks tucked behind Bradfield Park. Smaller floor plans don't mean smaller jobs. Kitchens and bathrooms carry most of the work here, which is why locals often add an inside oven deep clean, fridge clean, or cabinets and drawers to their booking. We're used to lift access, building concierges, and strata rules — just leave the details in your booking notes.
